We want you to be happy with your purchases from K.X. Studios,Inc. All of our art is original. If you are not happy with your purchase. Please; E-mail us immediately with your concerns. You may return it in the original packaging for a full refund or credit. Please, be sure to insure your return at the time you are shipping it back to us..

We do not take pieces off the web site when they sell. If we do not have your selection on hand. We will make another to fill your order. Please allow six weeks for delivery. We will e-mail you within five days of your order to confirm its status.

Special orders are welcome. We can combine features from several pieces into to one made especially for you. Please allow six weeks for delivery.
